William E. Reidy, 78, of Lake Forest, IL and Palm Beach, FL, formerly of Winnetka, died peacefully, Dec. 10, 2009. Retired Senior Vice-President of Beatrice Companies, Kraft Foods and IBM. Husband and Best Friend of Barbara Beck Reidy. Loving father of Kathleen, William, Jr. & Barbara (Adam) Moore all of Lake Bluff and Daniel B. (Jennifer) of Corte Madera, CA . Devoted grandfather of Hannah & Caroline Reidy and Adam,Jr. & Kathleen Moore. Loyal brother of Kevin (the late Margie), Rev. Edward and Robert (Marilyn) Reidy. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Funeral mass 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 14, 2009 at the Church of St. Mary, 175 E. Illinois Rd., Lake Forest, IL 60045. Interment will be in Lake Forest Cemetery.
