| Henry “Hank” Theisen, 81, of Libertyville and a former longtime resident of Deerfield died Dec. 28, 2009 in Lake Forest. Highly decorated combat veteran of the Korean War, including three major battle stars. Also, past member of the Economic Club of Chicago and past director of the Chicago Boy’s Club. Longtime volunteer of Chicago Botanic Garden. Husband of Nancy nee Higgins. Father of David Theisen of Chicago, Anne (Fritz) Schumann of West Chester, PA and Mark (Mary Ellen) Theisen of Mason, OH. Grandfather of Catherine Theisen, Natalie and Claire Schumann, Samanta and Patrick Theisen. Brother of Gerard (Ginny) Theisen, Frances (William) Platt and Florence M. Theisen. Visitation 9:00 a.m. until the 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass, Thursday, December 31, 2009 at St. Patrick’s Church, 950 West Everett Road, Lake Forest, IL 60045. Interment Private.
