| Dorothy Halligan, nee Trainor, of Lake Forest, formerly of Northbrook and Glenview, passed away peacefully on January 28, 2010. Beloved wife for 56 years of the late Peter; dear sister of the late Mariclaire Stubbs, Bernard Trainor and John Trainor; cherished mother of Mariclaire (Lowell) Dixon and Patrick (Dianne) Halligan; adored and adoring grandmother of Bennett Dixon and Meredith (Mark) Sullivan; dear great-grandmother of Spencer Sullivan. Although a tiny person, she leaves a huge void in the lives of her family and friends. They will miss her loving concern, marvelous sense of humor and incredible determination. Please omit flowers.
