| Claire Marie Hoag, 84, Lake Forest, IL, formerly of Naples, FL, passed away on Friday April 16, 2010 at Balmoral Care Center of Lake Forest Place. She was born on January 3, 1926 in Chicago, Illinois. She married Jack Hoag of Fox Lake and resided in the Chicago area before moving to Delavan, WI in 1972. She was a loving stay at home mom raising four children. She is survived by daughters April (David) Williams of Pine Island, FL, Annette (Mitchell) Becker of Lake Forest, IL as well as sons Jay (Michaela) Hoag of Atherton, CA and Jack (Linda) Hoag of Janesville, WI. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Jack and her brother Donald Johnson. Private interment at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Mrs. Hoag's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, www.Alz.org.
