| Frank Blazevich, 67, of Lake Forest, owner of Lake Shore Harley Davidson and Lake Shore Investors, died June 22, 2010. Frank is survived by his wife Mary Ware Blazevich; daughters Molly McKimmy & Rebecca Ware; grandchildren Megan, Sarah, Clayton, Rachael, Brandon & Morganne McKimmy; brother Mike (Linda) Blazevich; sister Marie (Dale) Trusky; nephews Brett (Angela) Blazevich, Christopher (Charissa) Blazevich, Dale (Mara) Trusky and his nieces Heather Blazevich, Toni (Erik) Vela and Susie (Dan) Erdal. He is preceded in death by his parents Lucille & Anthony Blazevich and his stepson Garth Ware. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 26 at the Church of St. Mary, 175 E. Illinois Rd., Lake Forest. Interment at Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville, IL. A visitation will be held 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at Wenban Funeral Home, 320 E. Vine Ave., Lake Forest.
