| Daniel Lee Metzger, 41, a lifetime resident of Lake Forest, died at home January 15, 2012. He was born in Lake Forest on August 31, 1970 and was a 1989 graduate of Lake Forest High School where he was a member of the Football, Baseball and Wrestling teams. After graduation he attended College of Lake County. Daniel was an active member of the Boy Scouts of American, Lake Forest Troop 46. Son of the late Raymond “Pat” and Alice Metzger, Brother of Patrick Metzger of Portland, Oregon and the late Michael Metzger. Nephew of Barbara Yore, Mary Ehler and the late Ruth Schrader. Visitation 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, January 27, 2012 at Wenban Funeral Home, 320 E. Vine Avenue, Lake Forest, IL 60045.
