Recipient of the Great Teacher Award from the University of Kentucky, WorldatWork Keystone Award, and honorary Kentucky Colonel. Author of multiple textbooks on business and organizational behavior. Husband of Nancy S.; Father of Marc (Shannon), Sarah (Jeff) Townes, and Lindsay (Ryan) Compaan; grandfather of four.
